Schedule of Service Prices and Terms Labour Non Contract Call-out charge per on-site visit £35.00 Plus Per hour on-site / off site or part thereof (minimum 1 hour) £35.00 Contract Call-out charge per on-site visit £25.00 Plus Per hour on-site / off site or part thereof (minimum 1 hour) £25.00 Daily Rate £175.00 per day. Computer Site Maintenance Contract  This is a simple retainer contract, to supplement or replace your Sagecover contract if you have one. You may telephone for any technical help, relating to your Sage product or any other computer-related problem during the forthcoming year. You will also benefit from our reduced rates, (see our Contract Labour Rates) and will be given priority attention in the event of a major system disaster (loss, theft, fire or flood) including the loan of a computer system. We will assure an effective, full working reconstruction of your system(s), to keep you in business. This contract also includes free hosting of your web domain name and 5 email accounts. The charge for this contract is made during the month of April and is valid for 12 months. Single User £350.00 Networked £450.00 Annual PC service-contracts for non accounts based single PC's and networked systems, including Mainlan, Novell, Microsoft Windows 95/98/2000, Windows for Workgroups, and NT Server/Workstation, on request. Tuition on Sage Accounting Systems One to one or small group tuition on the basics of accounts through to final profit and loss/balance sheets. Learn how to create your own invoice layouts, complete VAT returns, reconcile bank accounts and provide management accounts for your bank manager. Full course from £600.00 Software Sage products are supplied at manufacturers Recommended Retail Price (RRP) but includes delivery and installation. Setting-up of stationery layouts, opening balances and training on book-keeping techniques are at an additional charge, at our standard rates or apply for a complete course of instruction. Non-Sage software, including all Microsoft products, supplied at competitive prices, normally, trade plus 10%. Hardware New computers, including both business and multimedia systems; available at competitive prices.  We do not buy-in or hold large stocks of same specification hardware, but prefer to buy-in new products, at the leading edge of Information Technology (IT). Upgrades and repairs undertaken, parts and spares supplied at competitive prices. Labour charged as per our quoted rates. Stationery All Sage stationery supplied with at least 10% discount, and best competitive prices on all other computer stationery. Terms and Conditions Contract Customers; Computer systems and hardware: Payment-on-delivery. Service, repairs, software, and stationery: 30 days net following invoice date. Non Contract Customers;  Payment-on-delivery of all goods and services.  All prices subject to VAT at the standard rate. Title and ownership of all goods supplied remain the property of the proprietors until paid for in full.  This price list is current as at 1.4.2001 and replaces last price list issued 1.4.99
